A patient seen on the Robo-Trac machine. The Robo-Trac is designed and manufactured directly by Dr. Roberto.
Dr. Christopher Roberto earned his degree from New York Chiropractic College and specializes in advanced spinal rehabilitation. He has been taught clinical biometrics of posture (chiropractic biophysics - CBP) from the top research doctors in the world.
Dr. Roberto has been in private practice for 20 years and has treated thousands of patients. He has developed and patented new equipment to help other CBP doctors and their patients.
Now, Dr. Roberto wants to expand his reach to help as many people as possible by showing how they can enhance their own spine health with The Posture Pipe and the Spinal Strength Complex.
A MESSAGE FROM DR. ROBERTO:
I need your attention because what I am about to share with you will have a profound impact on the quality of your life.
A high level of health can be taken for granted, something many of us quickly realize when confronted with sickness or injury.
With this in mind, let me ask you this question:
If there were a set of specific exercises and stretches, a combination of movements and positions performed in a unique way that could increase the strength of your spine, improve posture, prevent injuries, and have a positive effect on your overall function, performance, and health, would you be interested in seeing them?
Now what if I told you that this routine could be performed by anyone, regardless of their current level of health or athletic fitness.
You may be someone who wants to start an exercise program and is not sure where to begin, someone living with chronic pain due to an injury or lack of mobility and just want to feel better, or an elite athlete looking to gain an edge to improve performance.
If any of these apply to you, you will benefit from practicing the Spinal Strength Complex, a routine I teach my patients using the Posture Pipe.
I believe consistently performing this complex of exercises will lead to increased physical performance, quality of life and most importantly, increased longevity.
It all starts with your posture, alignment, and structure of your spine, the true core of your body. Structure determines function or functional potential. Therefore, speed, strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance have a direct relationship with the structure of your posture.
When viewing the spine from the front or the side, the center of gravity of the head, rib cage, and pelvis are directly above one another. The spine should be perfectly straight from the front and have the pictured curves from the side. Harris DD, (1996).
Any deviation from this ideal posture will lead to abnormal spinal movements. Harrison DE, (1999).
Excessive unbalanced gravitational pressure that results from poor posture is detrimental to the nerve tissue, connective tissue, blood vessels, as well as internal organ systems. Wolff’s Law and Davis’s Law; Katz et al (2019).
Eventually, this will have a negative impact on your performance and overall health, especially if these imbalances have been there for a long time Lenon J (1994).
If you are interested in learning more about this corrective approach and would like to find out whether or not your spine is in alignment with the normal, ideal position I strongly suggest getting evaluated by a structural based practitioner right away. The most specific type of practitioner would be a chiropractor who practices biophysics. Here is a link to a directory for practitioners of this particular technique.
Thank you for reading . . . now, let’s begin our journey to optimized spinal health.
Sincerely,
